How do I track prospects that were passed on?

Deal Flow customers can track prospects through their pipeline to the point of passing or investing. Each prospect profile has a section for Invest or Pass through which you can record the reasons to pass and the date. 

Go to Deal Flow/Pipeline and click the name of the prospect you passed on or would like to monitor going forward. Edit the prospect record and set the deal flow stage to the appropriate stage. Then go to the section for Invest or Pass through which you can record the reason(s) you passed and the date. It can be helpful to add detailed Notes about why you chose to pass or the next items that need to be addressed or milestones to meet before you'd reconsider investing in the future. You can also add or update the Next Action field as well as the Next Action Date with a date in the future as a reminder to revisit the opportunity. It's easy to monitor upcoming Next Action Dates through your Deal Flow Dashboard or by using the filters in your pipeline.
