Do I have to get Deal Flow Management with Portfolio Management? 

Seraf’s deal flow management solution is a separate add-on to our Portfolio Management platform. You do not have to get the Deal Flow add-on, but if you choose to use our Deal Flow tools, then you will also need to sign up for our Enterprise Portfolio Management solution.
