How do I figure out the Price Per Share?

The price per share should be laid out in the financing documents you received from the company. However, it can also be calculated by dividing either (A) the amount you invested by the shares you received, or (B) the total size of the round by the total shares issued by the company.   For example, if you invested $10,000 and received 4,000 shares, the price per share equals $2.50 ($10,000 / 4,000).
