Why does it matter if the Exit Transaction box is checked?

When the Exit Transaction box is checked, it means that you no longer have any holdings in that particular round. If the transaction you are recording completes your holdings in that particular round, it is important that you indicate this by checking the Exit Transaction box so Seraf can move these investments associated with that round into your Exits & Returns table and update calculations accordingly.
