I see Important Dates in my account but I didn't add any. Why?

Important Dates are automatically added to your account when you add Rounds and/or Transactions that have relevant dates in the future. For example, when you add a Warrants Round, the expiration date for those Warrants will automatically be added. Similarly, if you add a Convertible Note or Options Round, you will be asked to supply the Maturity Date or Void Date. These dates will also be automatically added to your list of Important Dates.
