What types of Important Dates should I add?

Many important dates are automatically added to your account once they are entered at the Round level. These dates include maturity dates for convertible notes, expiration dates for warrants, escrow release dates, and void dates for options. Seraf allows you to add additional dates for any items you'd like to recall. For example, you might want a reminder to check and see if you received the final closing documents or share certificate from a company, or you may want to record the date of a future board meeting or your options vesting dates.
