How do I delete a document?

To delete a document, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Documents & Reports
  2. Using the search fields, find the file you'd like to delete from your account
  3. Select the pencil icon next to the document name
  4. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the form
  5. Verify that you'd like to Delete the entire record

That's it! 

Note that you can also edit a Document, should you prefer to modify the entries on the page or upload a new document.
