Can I get my data back if I want to leave?

If you decide to cancel your account with Seraf, you can get your data back.  At the Seraf Advanced Portal level, you can print reports for your records. Seraf Professional Portal allows you to download the information in Excel or CSV Format. If you are using the Basic Portal, however, you will need to take screen shots.

Please keep in mind that since you entered all of the information in the first place, you may have all the data in either paper or digital format.
