What are Important Dates?

Important Dates are Seraf’s way of helping you keep track of upcoming dates that are important to your investments. When you are entering a round or transaction that has a future date, such as a note maturity date, warrant or option expiration date, void date or exercise window, Seraf automatically considers these to be important and adds them to your Important Dates section. This way you can stay on top of upcoming maturity dates for convertible notes and make educated decisions about when to exercise your warrants or options or other rights. Being aware of these dates will make you a better investor and potentially increase your returns.

You can also record your own important dates for board meetings, call dates or other investment-related activities you'd like to keep track of. Once you set a reminder for how far in advance you'd like to be notified of the date, you can also receive an email notification of the upcoming important date so you're aware of future activity and any required action.
