What are Important Dates and why is my Expiration/Maturity/Void date being added?

Important Dates are Seraf’s way of helping you keep track of upcoming dates that are important to your investments. When you are entering a round or transaction that has a future date, such as an expiration, void or maturity date or exercise window, Seraf automatically adds these to your Important Dates. This way you can make educated decisions about when to exercise your warrants or options or other rights, and stay on top of upcoming maturity dates for convertible notes.
