All documents that you upload to your account are stored in a private “S3 bucket” at Amazon Web Services. Download links to documents are generated on the system based on time-limited tokens, so that when you access the system and download a document from the S3 bucket, the system cannot share that link with others.
To access any of your documents, visit the Documents & Reports section within your account. Or, if you're an investor in an investment group or fund using Seraf's Enterprise Portal, you'll find your documents in the Documents section of your account.
