In your Seraf account, investments are organized by those that are current and those that are exited.
Current Investments are shown in Current Investments and organized by Company, Fund, and by Round. You can change your view by selecting the corresponding tabs at the top of the table. Each investment shows the Cost Basis and Current Value of your holdings. You can sort the columns to see those investments with the smallest basis or those with the largest value or vice versa.
Exited Investments are shown in Exits & Returns and are organized by Company Liquidity Events (all exits), Exits by Company (fully exited companies), Exits by Round (fully exited rounds), Fund Distributions and Contingent Payments. You can change your view by selecting the corresponding tabs at the top of the table.
For more details on a particular investment, click on a company, fund or round name. At the top of each entity's page, you will find additional tabs allowing you to view documents and transactions related to that particular entity. The Transactions tab provides a table showing each activity that has been recorded.
You can also view all your investments in your Transaction Register and visually in Portfolio Analysis.
Note that all companies, whether they are current, exited or have no transactions, can be found in Portfolio Management. If they do not appear in Current Investments or Exits & Returns, then it probably means there is no transaction (i.e. stock purchase, note purchase) recorded yet.
