Seraf calculates Value based on the share price of the most recent round of financing multiplied by the number of shares held. So in order to update the value column, you may need to add a new round of financing, even if you didn't personally invest. Investments in notes are left at their cost basis.
Seraf's Professional clients can also add a valuation to better reflect the current value of their holdings. And, Seraf's Enterprise clients can add a round by round valuation. In both of these cases, it is the most recently dated round or valuation that drives the Value.
