How should I record a round in which I did not invest?

When a company in your portfolio raises a round of financing, but you did not invest in the round, you should still add the new round into your Seraf account. If a stock round, specifically include the date the round closed and the new share price. The system automatically takes the most recent round's share price into account and updates the current value of your existing shares of stock based on it. Your previous investments will retain the same cost basis as what you previously entered, but the Value (current value) will be automatically updated to the new share price. You may want to add a note in the Memo field indicating what occurred.
