To that end, Seraf provides knowledge base support for all account levels. New customers receive written materials to help them get started, and we have an extensive Help Center to help investors get up to speed on how to use the system and its many features. We also run bi-weekly webinars for our individual-level subscriptions. Our responsive Customer Support is available to answer specific questions that may not otherwise be addressed.
Enterprise subscribers also receive enhanced training and direct support as part of their annual license fee. This may include email and phone call support as well as screen share demonstrations and initial data entry guidance to ensure a successful onboarding process for investor groups and their individual investors.
For those account holders who need assistance gathering or entering data, Seraf offers these services at an hourly rate on top of regular subscription fees.
