You can view Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in several ways, depending on whether you'd like to view them portfolio-wide, one company at a time, or individually across your whole portfolio.
To view portfolio-wide KPIs, go to your Dashboard to see a total of all Portfolio KPIs, which includes the aggregate value of portfolio-wide KPIs across your entire portfolio. You can also see Portfolio KPIs on the Portfolio KPIs tab within the KPI section of your account. There you'll see a summary of the portfolio-wide KPIs, the number of Companies Reporting, the Total of all values for the KPI, and the Average.
To see KPIs by company, open a company record by clicking the name of the company from anywhere in your account. You will see the most recent KPIs at the bottom of the company profile. To view past performance, go to the Updates & KPIs tab within the company record, where you will find a table of the latest KPIs. After 3 entries are added for a given KPI, data will also display graphically so that you can visually see how the KPIs are trending over time. Hover your cursor over the graphs to see specific data points. You can export all your current and historical KPI data to a CSV file for additional analysis or reporting by clicking the C icon on the top right.
You can also view all KPIs across all companies in the KPI section found on the left hand sidebar of your account. There, you can search and filter for different companies, dates and KPIs as well as export all data to a CSV file for additional analysis or reporting.
