What is an Investment Fee?

Investment fees are expenses incurred as part of your investment activity, such as accounting, legal or software costs, associated with your overall portfolio or SPV/LLC fees associated with a particular company, round of investment or investment fund. You can record these fees as transactions in Seraf to fully track the total amount of cash associated with an investment. These fees factor into your overall IRR for an investment, but they do not factor into your Exit Multiple.
